Tell us a little about your time at King Edward's Witley?
I was at King Edward’s from the 2nd Year right through to Sixth Form and left in 1994. I was Head Boy and also Head of House at Grafton, as well as being in the hockey team.
What did life after school hold?
I went on to study Medicine at St Bartholomew’s and the Royal London Medical School. I also worked in Western Australia for a time.
I trained in Paediatrics and then specialised in Neonatal care. I have been a Consultant based in Gloucestershire for the last 12 years.
In fact, I went on to marry a King Edward’s girl, Jo Springford, and we celebrated our 21st anniversary in 2023. We have three children and very much enjoy travelling with them!
I have such fond memories of my time at KESW, and have remained friends with a number of people from my time there.
We value our partnerships with educational consultants around the world. Our latest updates for consultants may be found in ‘The Journal’ here – we welcome any questions from our partners on King Edward’s activities via admissions@kesw.org
